Such a beautiful wine. Joe @districtchamp.bsky.social blind tasted me on this. Still thinking about the flavor. Mind blowing good. He said it was open for a little over 24 hours. Like a cocky jerk - I called it premier cru wine from Ramonet Chassagne Montrachet from Les Ruchottes.
