After many years I’ve installed OpenStack using Ansible. It’s just an all in one setup to test if some an colleague of mine is developing works with OpenStack APIs. I enjoyed the process even if I must admit support of Ubuntu 22 is not as good as it should. Updating my box to 24 made the trick.

Yesterday was one positive day even if it started in the worst possible way. Today looks way better as I’m starting slow as I like. Let’s go to build some muscles after meditation and a high in protein breakfast.

After I’ve spent almost a year in getting back to moving without feeling too much pain I need to get back into shape. I put on 3 kilos and lost strength. Stretching and mobility exercises will be still in my morning routine.

Morning of a software engineer before the first meeting: up at 6, cook pinhead porridge left soaking overnight, feed the sourdough starter to make bread, have breakfast, do some physical exercises, meditate, shave, and, finally, have a cold shower.

I may have found a way to remove the dependency on two AWS services and some encrypted files from our infrastructure.

I’m new here, I was on Twitter before it became X. I’m @[email protected] but I not using social media anymore. I found a lot of tech (IT, Kubernetes, Cloud, programming…) people moved here so let’s see how it goes.
