As a fellow Filipino who lived in the PH all my life (I still live in the PH), while there is a myth where the sea and sky fought (?) there’s no mention of it being Aman Sinaya or Bathala. Nor did it mention the kite (bird) being Amihan (it’s not even the name of the kite too)

That’s most likely from a marvel comics. While there was a bird in the Tagalog creation myth, it wasn’t given a name. Plus, like I said, Aman Sinaya is the god of fisherman. Not the primordial goddess of the sea.

From what I’ve learned, they’re also responsible for the origins of cockfighting. It was a harvest ritual. White rooster = Apolaki/Sinukuan. Red rooster = Mayari/Apo Na Malyari. If Apo Na Malyari wins, there’ll be a bountiful harvest. If Apung Sinukuan wins, the harvest will fail.

Amihan isn’t a deity, nor are they mentioned in any precolonial Tagalog texts. Also Aman Sinaya is the MALE GOD of fishermen and nets, not the primordial goddess of the sea.
