I was looking at the top pokemon in each stat and according to @serebii.bsky.social Basculin is a beast with the best Attack and special attack.
Also Grimer is a speed demon

Pokemon has this issue real bad. ZA has done a lot to improve this, but still some just look better as their old sprites.

You'd have to cut it into multiple separate images and post them together. The height is the main issue.
