To be fair. Zyn cheesed most of it. He don't trust dungeons. Especially if they are designed to kill you. So if there was a back door approach, he'll find it.
But, if he had to choose, it would be the Doppelganger part. Mostly because his double had a very noticeable visual flaw. It had white hair

I feel like since most Drow are use to the climate of the Underdark, they're not very use to weather/temperature changes.
For snow, the tip of Zyn's ears will start to feel really cold before the rest of his body. The air sounds different, quieter. And he could smell if rain is coming.
