On the one hand, Nibbler actually decided to eat this morning so he could get his insulin shot after having to skip it last night for refusing to eat. On the other, he fought like hell when I gave him the shot, and I wound up with a few scratches and almost injected myself instead.

I need a nap...

My poor Nibbler kitty has diabetes. Now we're going to cuddle after his trauma that was the trip to the vet before I have to attempt to give him insulin for the first time later.

I feel like I might need to stock up on Neosporin and Band-Aids in the meantime...
