My CPAP allows me to completely cocoon myself in my covers, thereby making me the safest from both nighttime monsters AND creatures that might crawl into my mouth or ears while I sleep, so it’s basically a magical item.

Waking up today in a city that isn’t my own with a friend who I have known for more than half my life, and there’s a lemon tree in the yard! I’m about to go hang out with several hundred other librarians, and it makes me feel a little less terrified to be with my community on the micro and macro.
