I have stopped watching MSM almost entirely. I get most of my fact based news from the Financial Times @financialtimes.com, @apnews.com , and @economist.com . Every day, I feel as though the temperature here in the US creeps higher.

I'm horrified to hear that Charlie Kirk was shot at an event in Utah.
Democratic societies will always have political disagreements, but we must never allow America to become a country that confronts those disagreements with violence.

I don’t know anything about his policy beliefs or platform, but this is a Senator I would be proud to have. Full disclosure, I live in NC, so…yeah. Sen. Padilla has dignity and integrity. If only others showed half his courage.
