I guess next time I am going to be a bit more self-confident and add some larger amount of salt, zests, and juice. But let's see how this comes out of the kegerator when it rested for 3 more weeks, which gives 5 weeks - my planned lagering time for this one.

Am I happy: Yes! I don't detect any off-flavors, which I am pretty proud of for such a very young hop-and-juice dry-hopped Lager beer.

Am I 100% happy: Well, I guess never. I didn't want to overdo it with the salt, the lime, and the lemon since I brewed this one for the first time.

That's it: A hybrid fake-style Mexican Lager Gose with Lime and Lemon.

It looks like a summer sun. That was the idea. However, it is still very young (it went to the keg 16 days ago) and I hope it will clear up quite a bit during the next weeks of lagering after this very early test.
