I didn't owe anyone anything. The people extorting me are just lazy assholes. They are lying. It has been going on so long that there isn't really a reason to try to talk. They have decided to be terrible and it isn't an accident. They were as mean as possible and that was a choice.

All of the people that decided that the startup that Lucas and I started was really a custom software development company that I agreed to work for for no pay when I stopped working with Lucas are delusional.

People buying things that McGovern or General UI stole are out of luck. I don't have to support their crimes. The contract doesn't allow them to commit crimes and they have not been released. They also don't have a right to release people on my behalf.

They keep acting like they paid for the work to be done and not just to assign some code. They are wrong. Also the post termination assignment that Infogain is doing is also illegal.

It isn't legal. They didn't pay for the work and so I don't have to support or not compete. They are just lying fascists.

So when one of these companies do a bait and switch they give the company the benefit of the doubt and punish you for trying to compete when you were robbed in the first place. At will employment is a scam if they can do these bait and switches and restrict people from competing.

This type of conflation is a very common type of fraud of people like Tony Tran and Formidable and Infogain. It is a scam. The situation in the United States is that they protect capital.

The reductionism isn't helpful. When you say they paid you are assuming away all of my rights. Previous invention assignment doesn't restrict me the way work made for hire does. That is one of the common conflations.

I don't know what you mean by removed. He was never part of a transaction with me. Neither was the lady at Google. They didn't pay me anything. They are lying. If they paid someone, they are the people that they can restrict. Not me. They cannot make claims about my work.

The woman at Google that stalks me that I have never met before also doesn't have a right to bill people for the work I am doing. It is shocking that these selfish people have stolen so much of my life. It is shocking how many people will gang up on just one person.
