Think I was a few minutes too late to capture the lunar eclipse, but since I set up my tripod and brought out the big boy (100-400mm) lens, I decided to shoot anyways. I'll post the final version once I've run it through Lightroom. Camera playback is zoomed in about 150% here.

Just got through a pretty crazy thunderstorm. Luckily no tornado, and the puppy (and I) are finally calmed down a bit 😅. The light after the storm was absolutely spectacular. Totally worth all the stress.

The Supreme Court just gave the green light to cities everywhere to punish homeless folks for having nowhere to go. We are a sick, utterly contemptible country.

9 years ago, we almost lost Oscar to pancreatic. Being relatively young, he was able to recover. At almost 15, it is unlikely he would have survived the anesthesia that would have been required to remove the large mass from his abdomen. Today, we had to let our good boy go.
