Dean Kamen. Largely know for inventing the Segway and starting first robotics. He and his company DEKA have made life changing medical inventions. Stents and portable dialysis among ones that have improved 100s of thousands of lives.

I would call this a medium game to learn. It takes some time to get all the different things you can do during a turn and how to use them to build a strategy to win.

We love this game and we play it often.
