Look, I think he’s been great, and Russia left him no real options, but to have the Nobel Peace Prize go to the guy who has been managing a war for several years seems…odd. Maybe after he wins and shows mercy or wisdom in victory, or helps to negotiate a fair and lasting peace.

has anyone mentioned the wild horses on Assateague (and other small islands)? I’ve seen them rip open tents for food, stomp birds to death to suck out the marrow from their bones, and attack kids. We are two, maybe three generations from every horse trying to kill us.

Look, everything else aside, Reagan is still pretty popular. saying “Trump is just like this guy you like and he is taking the country to a time where people were mostly happy” is not a good strategy.
If this was any sort of normal situation, I’d completely agree with you. Like, Im not even sure a contractor can have the legal authority to arrest someone. But I wouldn’t put anything past these folks at this point.
Yeah. Interoperability has always been an issue- even among the faux badasses in my field. But among the roided up, assault rifle toting mooks who are in these videos I’m sure it’s a constant dick measuring contest. And that means none of them are suggesting adopting safer/more legal tactics.
At this point I imagine they are pulling heavily from every other federal agency. Which means they have a mosh-mash of tactics, communications, threat assessments, etc. it also means that they probably have no idea who they are working with week to week, which is exacerbated by the mask wearing.
