Great strides happening with MM. Best wishes.
They say MM is incurable, but my wife disagrees. My "cure" as she likes to say was to get Leukemia, then get *very* lucky in finding a perfect transplant donor whose bone marrow wiped out both cancers.
But I still have GVHD now and then. 😅

You're right, there are much easier ways to make a living, much less stressful vocations, domains that bring more praise and recognition and all those things.
But there will come a time when someone comes up to you with tears in their eyes and thanks you for words that spoke directly to them.
