Might be an Ontario university thing, Guelph similarly hopeless, they send you eventually a fillable pdf after their links to the submission site collapsed in a heap. How difficult is it to get that right?

I’m just thinking that due to this trial more newborns get vaccinated at birth than would without it, even if the research agenda is sketchy (it probably is IMHO).
