my only hope/concern for this is that the way they detect these isn’t just from reports by other players and they make sure this is something they more directly monitor

I think saying this is more on par with how tumblr is handled now as opposed to Bluesky “becoming twitter” is the most accurate way to look at it

there is no such thing as a good or fully moral tech ceo, that’s something you just kind of have to acknowledge and begrudingly have an expectation of if you want to grow a following anywhere (within reason)
