Why is the president only exerting force on Ukraine in these negotiations? Russia is the one who attacked and has razed city after city to the ground, committing countless war crimes along the way

Today is the 30th anniversary of the russians' worthless promises.
Yesterday there was news that russia had delivered nuclear weapons to N. Korea. No one even 🤷 noticed
On the other hand, they are killing us, but not with 🥲 nukes, which proves that de-escalation is working 👌
