I had a few of these over the past week after not having them in a long time, and I was visiting family that lives far away, that I used to live near, so that all makes sense as a trigger.

But anyway, does anyone else experience this? I assume it's a feature of depression. 🤷‍♀️ 4 of 4

They don't happen often, they arise and dissipate quickly, and I can't usually tell what triggers them so they seem random (though sometimes I can identify a trigger or a "why"). 3 of 4

It's hard to describe, but I FEEL it. It's like an actual sensation, not thoughts.

That said, I say it's a sensation but I cannot tell you WHERE I feel it in my body. Or...maybe I feel it everywhere? 🤷‍♀️ 2 of 4
