When I began producing Canada's national radio science progran, Quirks & Quarks, 25 years ago, there was a noted geologist/climate denier who complained that he was never invited on the show. I told him I'd be happy to have him whenever he published a peer-reviewed paper on climate. Never happened

This is not bizarre science reporting - it is bizarre (and slightly whimsical) science. There is a big difference. The reporter was accurately reporting on the scientists' work, which they, themselves, have written about: theconversation.com/can-we-use-b...
Can we use bees as a model of intelligent alien life to develop interstellar communication?
Humans and bees can both work with mathematics. Could aliens do the same?
