Parker is the real deal. Peter Woods is the better physical specimen, but Parker makes the biggest difference on the field.

There's some real playmakers on defense possibly there at 11. I'll be disappointed if they go offense.

Allen was a warrior whose battlefield was the basketball court. And you don't half-ass it on the battlefield, no matter how tired, hurt, or distracted you were. I feel bad for younger Sixers fans that didn't get to see him day in and day out.

May be picking hairs, but I do give a player character marks for not transferring. To me, player honors commitment, works well with others, not in coach's doghouse, etc. I want players that LOVE football and are team players.

As a Panthers fan, Darnold was ok. I always thought they should have stuck with him. Records are a team stat. He wasn't great, sure, but he belonged on the field. Some guys take awhile to blossom. I remember Scott Mitchell waiting 4 years to start.

Totally agree with the sentiment, but not using Zach Wilson as an example. Darnold had twice the experience and much better ratings. IMHO Darnold has been mediocre and WIlson has been poor. That said, there's surely a Darnold-like QB or two available.

I hate whole replay system. Takes so much time, particularly at ends of games, and there's still bad calls affecting outcomes.

If NFL suspends Tyreek Hill, and if Miami cuts him for salary cap reasons, will Miami get any salary cap relief? For example, could he have to repay portion of signing bonus?

Love that Sully is inverse of Grier. He said teams are built on drafts, you re-sign your own, and specifically to draft QBs often because they are commodities.
