Like seriously, how could anyone who knows anything about computers do this?

My phone always recommends me this guy who does company IT stuff, and it's a trip every time I watch because he starts off in the middle of some vacation story, the advice is meh, and... Does he have two Intel NUC type things on top of, and blocking his CPU cooler exhaust? What!?
