Finally, a win. Granted Ottawa was outplayed, hemmed into their defensive zone with trouble connecting passes through neutral zone. But Phillips had her focus back. And we generated offensive on the power play. As a fan, I’ll take it.

I wonder what words and what actions would allow people to soften their stance on her? As cis-gender, heterosexual, my privilege kept me from being pers wounded by her social media posts. I thought her showing up and participating in LGBTQ events, and offering an explanation was at least a step?
