I think it may take a decade to a generation for the effects to become visible (i.e. widespread child disability/death due to illness) but then vax rates will jump back once people realize the horror. Notice how most-vaxxers come from developed and well-vaccinated places? They've lost sight of how

Republicans already died at greater rates of COVID post-vaccine availability than democrats because a lower proportion got the vaccines.
