37/ Wannabe Film Guy/Obsessed with Nic Cage/Wrestlers in Film/Probably thinking about Indian cinema
Near the climax of Baaghi there’s a song and dance number that ends abruptly with a character being beat over the head with a pistol. Fantastic. The stuff cinema is made of, honestly.

I’m leaning heavily into the actresses I enjoy these next few days. I’m longing for beauty and comfort in these trying times. I’m currently finishing up Baaghi starring Shraddha Kapoor. She was in Luv ka the end which was one of my favorite watches of the year.

I’ve been on a Chinese food kick as of late & wanted to see if there are movies centered around it. I found 1 that looked interesting from director Wong Jing called The Lady Iron Chef but unless I can find it online I don’t think I’ll be seeing it. The cheapest used copy is $160

Not doing so hot today. Want some Chinese food, a Chinese movie, and my bed.

A Shakespeare play, The Merry Wives of Windsor was loosely adapted into John Tucker Must Die which was then remade in India as Luv Ka The End.
