I find the fact that Yuta's a rat is hilarious.

The run w/Cole still felt like him being the same Max, but w/a person perceived as a "good guy" in Adam Cole. Max was still basically doing the same promos, but since he was doing it w/a friend it was okay. I feel like MJF can be better on the mic than what he falls back to as a security blanket.

Wrestling doesn't deal w/racism well at all. Over the years MJF has had chance after chance to deal w/that character wise. He goes away for whatever reason & comes back doing the same thing. In that time period other characters have grown & changed for good & bad.

Maybe it's a function of age or being a Black woman, but I'm not here for steadily having to deal w/racism or misogyny until the villain gets his comeuppance. I don't need constant safe joy in my stories. I'm just asking for actual creativity in the heel work.

I watch wrestling for joy. If I wanted to see racism & misogyny I'd just watch the news. If a wrestler has to lean on racism or misogyny to get people to hate him that tells me a wrestler, booker, or both are creatively bankrupt having to rely on the lowest of the low hanging fruit for boos.

I don't go here, I don't watch NXT. With that being said I really hope they keep the title on her. This reaction is amazing! It's perfect for a babyface reign of her fighting her damnedest to keep what she's finally earned.

I remember screaming at the TV at how oblivious Bryan was to his treatment of Yuta. That sit down interview they did w/Renee where Yuta laid out his feelings & Bryan was so confused pissed me off. It was foul how Bryan tried to use Danny to get to Jericho too.

Why does Bryan viscerally hate Yura so much instead of Claudio & Mox? He's known both of them longer than Yuta. He doesn't talk about Mox or Claudio the way he does Yuta. It's weird & I feel like I missed something.

I could see everyone bar PAC going face. I feel like the rest of them aren't in thrall to Mox like they were at the beginning of the DR. Through how's he's been in the C2 I feel like the rest of the crew is starting to gain that respect they had for Mox back, because he's still showing up.
