Swollen and red, front and back, and when I massage it my right wrist throbs. Absolutely bizarre, intense, aching, burning pain.

The mystery of long COVID never ends.

Excellent question. We are doing so. The exact list of trial inclusions exclusion has not been finalized, and we’re open to your thoughts on the topic.

Wow that looks absolutely amazing

Workin on it. Hard AF!
💪🏼👨🏻‍🔬 good science takes time especially when the government no longer recognizes national emergency expedite.

Common comorbidity, for sure. MTHFR polymorphism —> lower levels of methylcobalamin and folate —> difficulty repairing DNA, and also impaired methylation. Thus, weakening immune function as well as control how genes are turned on or off, making it easier for infections to sneak past our defenses.

When?

We’re kicking around logistics and financing right now to try to fit in #LongCOVID FDA phase 1b human trials in 2025.

Very rough date and certain to move around a bit.

16. Our FDA docs were submitted for our first “Pre-IND” meeting and we received highly supportive FDA feedback.

🙏🏼 Pray that we are successful. I believe it’s the world’s best hope.
Claromer Technology to Fight Long COVID — Maxwell Biosciences
To fight Long COVID, brain fungal infections and other polymicrobial infections you would need something that is able to tackle many types of infections at once. DARPA funded this concept as a "synt...

15. The University of Texas Medical Branch confirmed our study on our “CLAROMER” brand molecule using an electron microscope in their bio containment level 3 (BSL-3) lab. You can see it disintegrates the viral envelope.

14. Here’s how your immune system peptide “LL-37” works (and how our potential drug works).

It targets a type of fat that only shows up in diseased or infected cells, and pathogens. This is how your immune system knows when to use it. Same with our molecule.

13. The drug candidate is highly potent while remaining safe in animals and in preclinical human lung tissue. Tested in mice, rats, and Fauci’s team at NIH NAIAD tested in Syrian hamsters for us.

12. This is a world-first scientific breakthrough, mostly been overlooked by popular media.

A drug candidate that kills herpes, all tested corona viruses, all tested influenza, all pathogenic bacteria, fungus, mold, yeast and biofilms - AND is safe in animal tests.

Notable?

11. We found a way to mimic LL-37 in the form of a small molecule - not a peptide.
We attached the functional portions that make LL-37 work to a stable chemical backbone.

We published stable efficacy against SARS-CoV-2, Herpes, bacteria, etc

10. Human Cathelicidin Antimicrobial Peptide “LL-37”
LL-37 is a possible “super drug” because it kills all the bad bugs. The problem is nobody has been able to find a way to stabilize it. Bacteria create anti-LL-37 enzymes that eat LL-37. It’s a battle.

9. The Human Immune System
Your immune cells use a single peptide - Human Cathelicidin Antimicrobial Peptide (aka “LL-37) to tackle all of those bugs.

What if we could make a drug to mimic that peptide?

8. PROBLEM, **very difficult**
So, it’s lots of pathogens and it’s a different mix of bugs for each patient. In order to best it we need a drug that stops enveloped viruses, pathogenic bacteria, fungus, mold, yeast AND biofilms.

We have a potential solution…

It’s not just bacteria and fungus, it’s also other viruses especially the herpes family: HSV-1 & 2, and the Human Herpes Virus family (many) because it is so common (over 80% of population).

6. The pathology of biofilm enabled SARS-CoV-2 Post Viral Syndrome in #LongCOVID is well studied in bats. The biofilm allow for the virus to evade the immune system, continue to evolve and fuels the growth of pathogenic fungus and bacteria.

Once the virus weakens the immune system a polymicrobial invasion occurs. Bacteria and fungus invade and setup biofilms walls around their polymicrobial ecosystems that block the immune system.
