We tend to judge ourselves by our intentions & others by their impact. It’s easy to excuse our own actions while critically judging the behaviors of others. But Instead of criticizing others, what if we asked ourselves, “how does this person’s behaviors make sense given how they might be feeling?”

Did you know that we are all instinctually biased? It’s true. And there’s a reason for it. Understanding our instincts and why they’ve become distorted is critical to understanding ourselves and the growth work before us.
