LeBron gave up a chance to keep the streak going by making the game winning pass. Amazing!

I think there was a fair amount of McGreevy fatigue, and same old same old New Jersey democrat fatigue.
Myself, I am much more center left than DSA, but I appreciate that they are standing up for something whereas so many moderates seem not to

Good luck! We need a new generation of Democratic leadership and we need to keep running great candidates even “unwinnable” districts. Show the way

I did HR consulting for Lucent in 2000, and was sad to see what was once Bell Labs and what was still creating the infrastructure for cellphones be reduced to a growth-and-stock-price mismanaged company. (In the 2 months I worked there, their stock price plummeted by half!)

I asked the Wolf how what he’s doing helps the henhouse…

The draft will take care of itself. Good to win to build the culture. (Where were Allen, Mahomes, Dart, Jackson, Dak, etc. drafted?)

I honestly didn’t know if it didn’t count or something.

The muffed punt today doesn’t count?

NYC area includes much of north and central Jersey and lower Connecticut. Great pizza there, too

I hate to be THAT kind of New Yorker (well, not really) but we do 100% have the rest of the country beat on pizza and bagels.

They were up a lot early so kept him in handcuffs, right?
November 24, 2025 at 1:48 AM
He seemed like a perfectly cromulent rookie qb making his first start. Bad at some things, good at a few. Also the game script meant that they kept him with safe short throws.

Is it possible that defenses are getting better at fourth down defense, and the numbers aren’t as accurate as they have been in the past?
November 24, 2025 at 12:49 AM
I wonder if defenses have adjusted so that the calculations are no longer as accurate as they once were
November 24, 2025 at 12:44 AM
The model is o for three so far today. Though I generally agree with you, I’m wonder if the historical data matches the projections forward?

If your goal is to develop your long-term quarterback, it’s a great plan. If your plan is to try to win a Super Bowl this year, it’s an awful plan.
November 23, 2025 at 11:37 PM
Why? this is a great trade!
November 23, 2025 at 10:49 PM
It’s a crazy decision to take a “win now” team and place it in the hands of essentially a rookie quarterback, even if that quarterback were better than JJ. Bad process, bad decision.

They doubled up the Colts in yards and tripled them in first downs. Their problem today was one for five in the red zone with two turnovers.
