This wonderful state needs you Governor, I can’t think of anyone else who could ‘fight the fight’ we are up against.

I looked at actual research (not podcasters) and it appears to be one of the most studied/safe things out there, with benefits beyond muscle mass. Only thing of note (for me) was the need to stop taking it before any annual blood draws, as it impacts the markers (not function) for kidney tests.
