And your post is incorrect. CRONA RNs didn't work without a contract. They reached the tentative agreement the night before the CBA expired. All parties agree the existing CBA remains in effect; the new wage increases will be effective immediately if the members vote in favor of the new CBA.

Stanford's CRONA nurses are, and will continue to be, the highest-paid RNs in the Bay Area (if not the world) in terms of their hourly wages.

Kaiser's CNA RNs may earn more in total compensation because they have richer retirement and health benefits.

They reached a tentative agreement Monday night with 4% annual wage increases over the 3-year term of the agreement, and many other benefit increases. The Union votes Friday.

He was absolutely brilliant and hilarious and some people thought he resembled Sean Penn.

Paradoxically, he was a real asshole with a sincerely kind heart.
