I’d really like to thank the GOP politicians and their death cult voters for making mass casualty events so commonplace in the US that an actual terror attack that killed 15 people isn’t something that’s shutting down the whole country. 🤬

Cooked all day. Reverse seared beef tenderloin, creamed spinach, twice baked potatoes, and blueberry bread pudding with creme anglaise sauce for dessert. Only got a pic of the bread pudding but it was all great.

Welp. Hopefully the later games will be more competitive.

If you’re outraged at “illegals” in this country but not angry at the Republican donating corporations and farmers who rely on them to profit then you’re nothing more than a bootlicker who likes to punch down. In other words, the average Republican voter.

Maybe it’s bc the edibles were hitting really well but I actually enjoyed Carry-On on Netflix last night. Could’ve definitely been edited shorter but a surprisingly good cast and Jason Bateman was entertaining as always.

Right now they’re allied bc they’re terrible people who want an authoritarian state that benefits them but I don’t actually think the Kochs spent decades and billions on creating their particular version of a state are actually going to be happy with what Musk, Thiel, and the other technocrats want.

Go Dawgs!!! That was one of the ugliest and most nerve wracking games I’ve watched in a few years and I’d be pissed if they’d lost but after 8OT I’m going to

If you haven’t watched it yet I highly recommend Say Nothing on FX/Hulu. It’s gotten some negative reviews from people who lived thru it but as an American who had read the book but wasn’t hugely knowledgeable about the Troubles I loved it. The cast is amazing & for such a grim topic it flies by.
