Absolutely get it. I’m guilty of assuming people I interact with in real life are of similar outlook. Fair, empathetic and generally kind. Unfortunately that isn’t the case and the type you refer to walk among us all too frequently. More than ever before as you say. Media has emboldened them.

Unfortunately, I thinks it’s c) a combination of both which just perpetuates the grimness. Thankfully, there are still plenty more like (right) minded people here to keep faith in humanity.

Were they shite last year under the manager? No. Could Slot make better decisions. Yes. So many factors in okay here and a lot nobody on here will even have a clue about. Salah should not have gone public now. He did for his own interests not the club. That’s a line crossed when things are tough.

I think he did tonight. At 3-2, given Salahs defensive shortcomings, there is NO way Salah should have been coming on. Those goals weren’t down to bad man management. In fact, I respect Slot more for not caving to Salahs reputation.

I’m no “Slot must stay” advocate but you can’t say Slot let this happen . Salah let this happen with his form and lack of leadership when things went to shit. Only comes out to speak when it suits his agenda. Plenty on Slot but not this

Weren’t too many words from him when the losses were stacking up. Not good enough this year as a player or leader. He knows exactly what he’s doing here. Staging his departure as he knows the time has come.

Is it just me it but, even if the dad did pay half the rent, child care costs, food etc, she would still have NOTHING left. That is no way to live for her or her kids. System is broken.

This is 100%. Could he have done better for the goal. Probably. (It was also a superb finish). But the goal is largely conceded because of the ineffective cover from all 3 MF's and Salah. It's too easy to pick on one thing from the guy who hasn't (previously) been up to speed. Not on Wed though
