I second this video being good but actually found the opposite, newer photonic smoke detectors give me more trouble than the older ionic type did. I suspect it’s because I live in an old house and hang dry my laundry, that or showering in the evening during the summer often causes it to go off

Nope, turned out to be bad solder joints on the control board for the boiler.
