this year is the first time Castro Street Fair is designated as an Entertainment Zone — under CA’s Entertainment Zone law, which I authored, bars & restaurants can now sell to go drinks, instead of being shut out. This is about keeping the Castro vibrant, inclusive & fun. Happy Castro Street Fair!
