So they sat down and said well we require a science background for the patent bar, what would be the equivalent for design patents? and then someone wrote "studio art" on the whiteboard and they all nodded their heads and nobody laughed at all.

I mean Rayburn generally sucks but this is much better than his usual effort. For the regular season his accuracy was 94%. The best rated ump (same site) has an average of 96%. 98% is a great game. (note: I favor eliminating umps from calling balls/strikes entirely)
