Then, When describing my items UPS wanted me to fill in a detailed and specific description, which is character limited(?) then offered me their "more accurate" "AI" suggested description, which was exactly what I had already typed.
So anywho, she's not getting her gift sent anytime soon.

You have to consult the "Harmonized Tariff Schedule" found here: hts.usitc.gov then try to figure out the correct code for your items. Psychotic!

It’s a great platform for us, but my business partner really gets their logics and we’ve been able to build some amazing databases for NGO clients we work with. I know it’s not for everyone and every project. I hope it gets better and more intuitive for you!
