Or position of his body. Or how his phone ended up under him. Or how tail light wasn’t found when his body was. Too much doubt to convict murder.

Tech stream data was a mess to me. I didn’t feel like any of that data was clear. If that’s all they have to convince me of murder I’m also a firm NG on doubt.

Commonwealth didn’t present any evidence his head was hit by a car. They claim his arm was, I think? They couldn’t actually tell us HOW it happened. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Sorry but I’d never vote guilty on the evidence presented. If his arm was struck and he fell backwards it doesn’t explain lack of injuries.

Also not asking YOU to convince me of anything. You asked what it would take. I replied it would take me to be convinced he was hit by a car. Which has not been proven to me. Not by a long shot.

CW did not prove their case to me. I cannot say beyond a reasonable doubt he was hit by a car, so not guilty. The test you show had Randy restrained. Didn’t prove to me JOK was hit by a car.

Convince me his injuries were caused by getting hit by a car. No broken bones, no bruises, the arm scratches without bruising. Car hit makes zero sense.
