for the longest time I was convinced as a late 20s uni dropout ill be stuck doing gig work till the end of time unless I can save enough to learn a trade or restart uni or smth but somehow sOMEONE ACTUALLY SAW SOMETHING IN ME AND WAS EVEN WILLING TO GIVE *ME* A CHANCE??!?!?? hjjkfwsjsjjskdkfjshja
hOLY shit i actually got like a real part time job!?! With like proper contract and everything???? after bedrottin for like two whole months and looking like bloated corpse and almost uncontrollablly traumadumped their hr 10min into the interview??!???!?

这次炖了一点肉酱 用麦当当的番茄酱包兑水替代了番茄泥；同时肉是剁成肉沫的两块明天过期、奥尔良风味的即食鸡胸肉和四根火腿肠；蔬菜底因为没有买也没有芹菜 而是多切了一颗洋葱充数。这用料翻出来给意大利人看大概能直接给人看出脑溢血来
但是！但是！！！周二下班遇到的高中时天天和我一起炒蛋炒饭的同学！居然！！聊天时随口提了一句想意大利原产的帕马森干酪Parmigiano Reggiano！！ 就真的偷偷邮了一小块送我！！！！！好喜欢他这样悄咪咪用心的感觉啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊hagffydhjydhbjk

今天试着做了Nordstrom的番茄罗勒汤！！
相比原菜谱比起来稍微少放了些许胡萝卜、白洋葱替黄洋葱、干罗勒碎替新鲜罗勒叶、自己炖了下番茄碎（因为现成的罐装碎番茄居然要20块!!!!）、方便面的老母鸡汤料包当汤底；最后因为没有任何类型的奶油所以用的是全脂牛奶
吃起来比想象中要更酸一点...... 大概是低估了胡萝卜甜味对整体的影响 还有可能罐装处理过的番茄也没有生番茄那么酸 :/
