"15 years ago, Polish workers came here to find opportunity. Now Poland is growing twice as fast as we are," says Kemi Badenoch.

Any ideas what may have happened in the interim?

climb to the top of the apparatus and jump off over and over again whenever it was out.

Great bit of nostalgia baiting to which I have several responses.
Very fond memories of this equipment being in use at my 80s primary school, I've seen it in use at my kids primary school, and my mum was a primary school teacher in the 80s and she said that her naughtiest ever pupil used to...

Been to the youngest’s harvest assembly.
Theory: every primary school built pre about 1980 in Britain has some version of this equipment. It is referred to as something like ‘the apparatus’.
No one has any memory of it ever being used.

Realised my old covid tests expire today so I'm having a bit of a binge before they're invalid, just doing test after test after test like they're shots, what a rush

I've heard something about it from a group I'm in. I haven't seen anything on here (blocked by everyone involved I assume) and although I've heard waffles mentioned I don't know what it means

I also don't understand why he enters at the bottom of a dam, and exits at the top of a mountain that doesn't appear to be anywhere near a dam.
I didn't watch the rest because the requirement for distraction came to an end, so I have no further questions.

Further I really don't think the best solution to this problem is to blow the place up.

I am beginning to question the wisdom of having a chemical weapons facility built into the base of a ginormous dam. (I've put Goldeneye on)

I don't think I ever went there - have I missed it?

I got that in 3 somehow. And considering some of my failures and that I've never seen a picture of this place before I think that's pretty awesome actually.

I've got on some toxic list and get calls from different numbers several times a week. I've taken to just answering and not speaking, and then hanging up and blocking as soon as I hear a call centre in the background. Very annoying.
