I want to keep this brief and just generally inform (joke's on you, it probably wont be brief):

Since the start of the currently still ongoing OCE beach party, and due to the revolving door effect it has, Mares file servers have been under irregularly high load.

Ahhh! I play on a laptop! If I had a desktop I think I would have the same experience as you, if I am not in FS mode I tend to run with severe drops in FPS @.@

Oh, I'll check that! ngl I never considered changing the game setting. I have always used a clipper program to just cut out the part of the screen shot I wanted... which might explain a lot about quality issues.
