Yes yes yes!! So in my interpretation of this with an education in therapy and lot of knowledge of art therapy, allow yourself to let loose. For me it started with accidentally messing up a daisy in sharpie then I had a realization that it was okay to make mistakes and be good with them.

This entire thread tied the last validation knot for how ADHD I was as a child. I don't know how my mother didn't have me medicated or maybe that's how she handled it 😂 Book, art, band, theatre, scouts, church 🤢, everything. I mean everything. But no meds till I was 29.
