Certainly feels it, but it's a AA budget and isn't from a major publisher. I do find it a little silly that it won awards for indie games even if it's technically accurate

I'm not sure how these two things are related. One is national security (foreign ownership of data and influence) vs content manipulation (algorithm changed to silence opposition)

I'm not being a "pick me", I genuinely want to stop seeing people let authoritarians who disregard the courts totally breaking out government because of a single issue. I'm trans, but I'm also a person living in a democracy(ish)

His position on gender affirming care is genuinely bad and not supporting trans kids with puberty blockers and access to HRT will make the rest of their lives worse.

I just don't see that in the actions and behaviors of these two parties. If you look at the actual words and legislation passed instead of just social media posts

They're not blaise, they articulated the value of getting the best candidate we can for trans folks in the primary. But we do have (at least for now) an election system framework. And I'd much rather have the candidate that has bad positions about the age of transition vs the one who wants me dead

This is absolutely the right approach and I appreciate it as a trans person. This attitude that "everyone I disagree with is equally bad" is how my life went from okay and even slightly improving to genuinely scary.

No, it hasn't. This consolidation of power into the executive branch is new. The US has had a lot of problems, but corporations and billionaires having a disproportionate amount of power isn't the same thing as authoritarianism.
