I’ve improved the handling, camera now follows the car and I added some background objects. Maybe a little to much polish, but it provides some reference for the player to understand how fast they’re moving.
It’s already pretty fun to drift around the desert, which is a good sign #gamedev

Here’s a prototype for a side-scrolling platformer.

I wanted to share a couple of prototypes I’ve built while exploring new project ideas.
This is some initially testing for a platforming, stealth game, inspired by Gunpoint. You play as a vampire, and one of your powers lets you turn into a swarm of bats to get to hard to reach places #gamedev

Some water tiles for the isometric, hand-drawn tileset. They don’t look like much, but I think they’ll work when put all together. Maybe that’s just wishful thinking, but I’ll trust the process
