A new study from Scrivner Affiliate @schaveznorgaard.bsky.social ‪& collaborators demonstrates that Denver’s mandatory parking minimums reduce housing production. Using a Housing Policy Simulator, they find that eliminating minimums boosts construction & lowers costs.

At Northeastern Junior College, we learned that career-connected learning in rural regions requires in-demand opportunities, employer alignment, and long-term investment and trust.
