I absolutely dread what the real estate market will look like when the mass exodus begins if this shit show separation actually happens. I, and other homeowners like me, are going to absolutely take it on the chin when hundreds of thousands of dollars of home equity are cut in half.

If this ridiculous separation referendum is somehow successful, all hope is lost for Alberta. I will have to accept that there are just too many idiots living here and I will have to leave. The piss off of it is that I have invested so much into my life here, and I’ll likely take significant losses
