I think this has to so with sales, I often see GKCs on sale for LESS than the digital sale which is rare for on cart games. And if you aren’t really gonna own it anyway might as well pay less. Personally won’t be buying any regardless.

Ya there are definitely hurdles, I think Vince specifically is capable of this having designed several games tho. There are several companies that you can order proxies from that are pretty damn close to real mtg stock too. I play a dead tcg so have had to deal with proxies a lot.

Much like awesome warhammer conversions, Id just make your own. It sucks wizards didn’t but any player who likes fun would be cool with an on theme custom commander.

This is the type of thing where the limitations of key cards make sense but I would have much rather paid an extra 20$ or something to get it on cart. Will sadly just skip this since I have it on ps5 but would prefer to play it on switch

I cant comment on any bugfixes or anything but I can tell you 7/8 register on switch as the same as the asian cartridge, it didn’t give me a new entry like some other games do when I had asian ver and got esrb.
