Today, in my autistic life I had a bit of a revelation. I have never had a circadian rhythm, I can sleep for 2 hours and be fine, or sleep for 8 and be exhausted. However, I have realised why I prefer late nights. 1/

Today, in my autistic life, I hit shutdown at about 1:30pm today. The sudden flood of mental tiredness hit me, it wasn’t like a build up, it was like a tsunami, a wall of exhaustion struck me. Now I have been tackling it and not breaking my bed routine.

Today, in my autistic life…I am currently house sitting for some friends, well, cat sitting too. He’s become my daily therapy cat…even though I am allergic to him. It is however a bit hard getting used to a new surrounding, not everything is where I would put it.

Today, in my Autistic Life, I didn’t wake up till gone 12 today as I couldn’t shut down till 3am. Every little noise kept me wide awake. So now I have to somehow get back into my previous routine…

Today, in my Autistic Life….waiting on the DWP to decided whether I am autistic enough to get some financial help…meanwhile, I’ve been doing all the numbers to move…we would have thought trying to find somewhere suitable would be so expensive…?

Today, in my Autistic Life I decided to make the change from Threads to Bluesky. Thread has way too many crossovers from X, and I just can’t be dealing with that.
