@matthew-wright.bsky.social Wealth tax. We have a wealth tax in France, from which we suffer. ONLY assessed on the worldwide properties one owns. Not on those invested in shares/ bitcoins/ classic cars/ yachts/ gold. No income but taxed on assets bought out of taxed income. Hp trn bhvs.

@mrjamesob.bsky.social 7year exemption. If the farmer retains any interest in the business or stays living in the farmhouse then they must pay commercial rent to the new (family) members. Principally the donor cannot retain ANY interest in the business of the whole plan fails. Michael SW France
