There’s no cure for stupidity
It’s foreign owned (I am ashamed to say it’s Australian) and has deliberately and repeatedly delivered flat out lies for money (proven in court). It has significantly contributed to the destabilisation of the US and the world as we know it. Why is it still allowed to operate?

Implement an assets tax that kicks in at $100million.
Implement an executive wages law that limits their salary to a figure relative to the lowest rate paid in the company - eg max 100x. Requires some thought and refinement but explore this as the in-principle intent.

Free speech shouldn’t equate to deliberate misinformation… it’s a warped interpretation that defeats the very intent of free speech. At the very least licenced media organisations should be able to be held to account and to a standard of a clear INTENT to tell the truth.

I have no idea how fox has been allowed to retain its media licence in the US. It has a foreign owner (to my shame Murdoch is Australian) and is substantially to blame for destabilising US society - and with that the world order as we knew it.

Absolutely. We’re moving back to a fuedal world, where the lords - who have everything they could ever need - are so comfortable to kill off tens of thousands of peasants, just so they can have more. They are nothing without the systems we have built. Let’s change them.

There aren’t that many leaders nowadays that are easy to admire, but Zelensky is truly admirable. Actual courage in the face of true evil … if only there were more like him.

This is presumably because Russia has proven that Ukraine doesn’t need such alliances because it is surrounded by such honourable and supportive neighbours? They have literally no choice but to make those alliances
