Ti West's 2 horror films, X & Pearl, are superb horror films,, but the finale to this trilogy, MaXXXine, is decidedly not. ( ** out of **** )

2/3 of this is gangbusters, a dystopian science fiction mashup of CB DeMille's Sign of the Cross & The Fountainhead.
Unfortunately, final 1/3 wusses out & becomes It's a Wonderful Life retread, when it needed a more ambiguous ending. Still, it's worth seeing.

In FB Film Forum I approve a post condemning the homophobia found in the movie "Blacula", illustrated by the gay slurs found in the movie. Horrified when FB says the post has "hate speech" & the group & I are sanctioned because of this ! THAT'S why I'm here, due to the sinking ship S.S. Facebook-😡
